We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in McHenry County, Illinois. Each party waives any right to a jury trial.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Dropout regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets.
